Manage SFTP
Use Manage SFTP to access the inbound (source) and outbound (destination) SFTP folders on the internal SFTP account. This access to unencrypted files helps you to troubleshoot integrations.
Note: Manage SFTP cannot access files on SFTP connections to other systems.
Before you start
- Make sure that the internal account of the SFTP connection is configured; see Configure the SFTP Connection.
- Make sure that Manage SFTP is set to Allowed in your FAP; see Configure Access to Integrations.
Access folders and files on the SFTP account
- Select Main Menu
> Administration > Application Setup > Integrations Setup > Manage SFTP. - In Connections, select the SFTP connection that acts as the file server.
- Click Tap Connect.
- In File Path, select the Inbound or Outbound folders.
- In the table, click tap the Action for the file as follows:
- Download a file.
- Open a folder.
- To remove, reload, and update the files from the SFTP file server, click tap Refresh

Access files at run time
Alternatively, administrators can access the unencrypted source, output, and error files from the Run Summary after an integration runs.
- Click Tap Main Menu
> Maintenance > Integrations. - Run an integration or select a completed integration run. Select Run Summary.
- Check the details as follows:
Run Summary details
- Integration Type: Import or Export
- Records Processed: Number of records that were processed
- Records Created: Number of records that were created
- Errors: Number of records that failed
- Source Files, Output File, and Error Files: Access the source and output files on the inbound (source) and outbound (destination) SFTP folders.
