Configure the Accruals Add-on Profile
- Click Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Display Preferences > Timecard Add-on Profiles.
- Click Create > Accruals to create a new profile, or select an existing profile and click Edit .
- Enter a Name and, optionally, a Description.
- In the Add-on Columns area:
- Select Re-Order Selection to rearrange the order columns appear in the add-on.
- Select Add to add columns.
- Select Edit to edit the column visibility, label, and width.
- For more information on the Accruals columns, see the Accruals add-on help topic.
- For Hidden Accrual Codes, select any accrual codes that you do not want to appear in the Accruals add-on.
- When you are finished, select Save.
