Configure the Workload Planner

Workload Planner enables managers to plan, track, and edit their staffing plan for each location they manage, based on workload being generated by the system.

To configure the Workload Planner, complete the following steps:

1. Configure Workload Planners
2. Assign Workload Planner profiles to a Display Profile
3. Configure coverage by zone or shift set
4. Assign zone and shift sets to locations
5. Configure location profiles – holidays
6. Optional steps:
   1. Configure the Actual Workload Plan
   2. Configure job groups for Single and All Zone reports
   3. Changes to a schedule period
