Configure a schedule generation profile

Configure a schedule generation profile to assign a schedule generation setup to a location. You must have created at least one schedule generation strategy in Administration > Application Setup > Scheduler Setup > Schedule Generation > Schedule Generation Setup before you can configure a profile.

To configure a schedule generation profile:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Administration > Application Setup > Scheduler Setup > Schedule Generation > Schedule Generation Profiles.

  2. Click Create.

  3. In Name, enter a name for the profile.

  4. (Optional) Enter a Description for the profile.

  5. In Available Schedule Generation Setups, select a setup to include in the profile.

  6. In Business Structure Represents the logical structure of an organization as it concerns staffing. It contains the locations and jobs to which an employee may be assigned., click Select Locations.

  7. In Locations, navigate to and select the desired locations.

  8. Specify the As of date.

  9. Click Apply.
