Configure the Totals Add-on Profile
- Click Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Display Preferences > Timecard Add-on Profiles.
- Click Create > Totals to create a new profile, or select an existing profile and click Edit .
- Enter a Name and, optionally, a Description.
- For Group Options, select the options to appear in the add-on drop-down list.
- Select Show Wages to include the Wages column in the add-on. Clear Show Wages to hide the Wages column.
- In the Add-on Columns area:
- Select Re-Order Selection to rearrange the order columns appear in the add-on.
- Select Edit to edit the column visibility, label, and width.
- For more information on the Totals columns, see the Totals add-on help topic.
- For Hidden Pay Codes, select pay codes to hide in the add-on.
- To add a pay code to the hidden pay codes list, select the pay code in the table and click Assign .
- To remove a pay code from the hidden pay codes list, select the pay code in the table and click Un-Assign .
- When you are finished, select Save.
