Delegate Profiles
Delegate Profiles identify the individuals who can act in a manager’s role to approve timecards, absences, and so on when the manager is absent.
- From the Main Menu, select Administration > Application Setup and then select Common Setup > Delegate Profiles.
- Click New or select a profile and click Edit or Duplicate.
- Enter or change the name and description for the profile.
- Enter all or part of the delegate names and click Search. You can also use wildcards.
- As needed, move the delegates from the Available Delegates box to the Selected box.
- Click Save or Save & Return.
