Revert to previous versions

Activiti stores all previously saved versions of Business Process An organized flow of activities or tasks that achieves a business goal. An automated business process minimizes the amount of paperwork and manual tasks to complete that process by way of automatic actions, online forms, and automatically generated messages. Models. This topic describes how to show previous versions and restore a model from a previous version.

1. Click Main Menu  > Administration > Application Setup > Business Process Setup > Process Models. 
2. Select the model. Click Edit . 
3. Select History.
4. Select the version.
5. Select Use as a New Version.

   Note: Each time you edit a Business Process Model, you create a new version of it. You do not overwrite the original Process Model.

   1. Enter a Comment.
   2. Select Use as a New Version.
6. Edit or deploy this version of the Process Model.
