Evaluate schedules with Absence Calendar add-on
The Absence Calendar add-on allows access to a yearly view calendar of Leave and Absence requests.
ClickTap the Absence Calendar tab at the bottom of the schedule.
Note: Absence Calendar counts may differ from employee counts displayed in the schedule planner if the employee is inactive. The Absence Calendar counts do not differentiate between active or inactive employees.
Previous/Next– Navigates to the previous or next year or months depending on view. | |

Current Month/Current Year– Navigates the view to the current year or month depending on view. |
Expand Add-Ons– Expanding the absence add-on changes the view to a yearly view. | |

Collapse Add-Ons– Collapsing the absence add-on changes the view to a three month view. |
Insert Shift Template A shift that has a name and defined segments and attributes, but no date or assigned employee. – Creates and assigns shifts from a shift template to an employee | |
