Evaluate schedules with Absence Calendar add-on

The Absence Calendar add-on allows access to a yearly view calendar of Leave and Absence requests.

ClickTap the Absence Calendar tab at the bottom of the schedule.

Note: Absence Calendar counts may differ from employee counts displayed in the schedule planner if the employee is inactive. The Absence Calendar counts do not differentiate between active or inactive employees.

/ Previous/Next– Navigates to the previous or next year or months depending on view.

Current Month/Current Year– Navigates the view to the current year or month depending on view.
/ Expand Add-Ons– Expanding the absence add-on changes the view to a yearly view.
Collapse Add-Ons– Collapsing the absence add-on changes the view to a three month view.
Insert Shift Template A shift that has a name and defined segments and attributes, but no date or assigned employee. – Creates and assigns shifts from a shift template to an employee
