Transaction Assistant Downloads

To help you troubleshoot transactional errors, you can download all error records for an integration run from Transaction Assistant Corrects transaction errors in integrations without the need to resubmit entire projects. to a comma-separated values (CSV) file.

  • Transaction Assistant cannot show more than 50,000 records, and navigating between pages is cumbersome. The downloaded file has none of these limitations.
  • You can share, open, sort, filter or process the records in the CSV file with applications such as spreadsheets or text editors.
  • Downloaded files are available for 24 hours.
  1. Open the Transaction Assistant as follows:
    1. Select Main Menu Maintenance > Integrations.
    2. Select an integration run.
    3. In the Run Summary, click tap go to Transaction Assistant.
  2. Select Share > Export All Records.
  3. In Downloads, do any of the following:
    • To download the CSV file, click tap inside the box of a completed download.

      Note: Downloads can take several seconds depending on the number of records, network conditions, or background processing.

    • To see details before you download the file, click tap the arrow for a completed download.
  4. Downloaded CSV files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. To make sure that you are not looking at outdated records for an integration run, or if you resubmitted or deleted records in Transaction Assistant and need to check the updated records, delete the currently downloaded file and download it again as follows:
    1. Select the tick box for the download.
    2. Click Tap Delete.
    3. Repeat the download.
  5. (Optional) To copy the error records to another application, such as a text file or spreadsheet, do the following:

    1. Select an error record.
    2. Do one of the following:

      To select multiple records, press and hold Crtl while you (missing or bad snippet)each of the records that you want to copy.

      To select multiple, neighbouring records, press and hold Shift while you (missing or bad snippet)the last error record that you want to copy.

    3. Press Ctrl + C.
    4. Paste the records into the other application.
