Job code settings

For each job code in your organisation, you can configure how tips are handled. You can specify if a job code has tip compliance, tip declaration, or neither tip declaration or tip compliance for a job code. You can also select the skills and certifications that are required for the job code.

  1. Within the Gaming application, go to Administration > Job Code Settings.
  2. Select a job code from the table, and click Edit .
  3. Select the Tip Method from the list:
    • Tip Compliance – Employees do not declare their tips when they clock off, and they do not belong to a toke pool. The totaliser adds tips based on the specified tip compliance rates.
    • Tip Declaration – Employees must declare their tips when they clock off.
    • Neither Tip Declaration nor Tip Compliance
  4. Click Save.
  1. Within the Gaming application, go to Administration > Job Code Settings.
  2. Select a job code from the table, and click Edit Skills .
  3. In Required Skills Settings, click Add .
  4. Select a skill from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Add again if you need to add additional skills.
  6. Click Save.

  3. In Required Certification Settings, click Add .
  4. Select a certification from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Add again if you need to add additional certifications.
  6. Click Save.
