Schedule Integrations (UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions Consultant)

1. UKG Pro – Configure the Scheduled Integrations to run nightly and the Event Integration:

• Scheduled Full Sync - Select the Full Sync integration using the pencil icon.  Navigate to the Publish page to configure how the integration will run. Check the Schedule option to schedule a full sync of all employee records nightly. Set the frequency to Daily, look back to 3 days, start date to <today> and the Run Hour to 2am Clients Local Time.

• Event Based - Select the Event Sync Integration using the pencil icon.  Navigate to the Publish page to configure how the integration will run. Check the Event Based option.

2. UKG Dimensions Consultant – Schedule the iPack to run every 15 minutes
