Confirm Registered UKG Dimensions Product Keys in UKG Pro

To begin, the Cloud UFSSO team confirms the UKG Pro .NET environment is configured with the corresponding Dimensions product keys detailed in the following tables, as needed.

 

All product keys are available for the following:

• Customer Type - Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Strategic

• Site Types - Enterprise, BSP, PEO

• Title Types - Employee Administrator, Manager, Payroll, System Administrator

Run Scripts to Disable Permissions to UKG Pro Workforce Management Feature

After registering the product keys for UKG Dimensions (WFDT), the legacy UKG Pro Workforce Management (soon to be renamed to Time & Scheduling) menus under both Myself and My Team will automatically be enabled by default. This is because they inherit the access rights from their parent menu elements.

 

The Cloud UFSSO team must first disable the access to the legacy UKG Pro Workforce Management feature before enabling web access rights for the new Workforce Management features based on product key.
