Depending on how your environment is configured, you can view notifications from any or all of the following destinations:
- Email — You receive an email message about the alert. This message can also contain a link to a widget in your navigator. This is called one-click navigation.
- InTouch device — When you submit a punch The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer. on a Kronos InTouch device, the punch response screen displays a message notification icon if you have unread messages.
View notifications from an email
Depending on how your system is configured, you can receive notifications via your email system. This email can be either a simple message or it can contain a link to a specific widget in your navigator.
View and manage alerts from Kronos InTouch devices
When you submit a punch on a Kronos InTouch data collection device, the punch response screen displays a message notification icon if you have unread messages.
To read the messages:
- Tap the “You have messages” icon.
- Enter your badge when prompted.
- Read the messages.
