Create a Brazil device
A Brazil device is the device an employee uses to punch. A device can be assigned to one Device Group.

Create a Brazil device

A Brazil device is the device an employee uses to punch. A device can be assigned to one Device Group.

Navigate to Main Menu > Administration > Time application setup > Brazil Device Setup > Devices .
Click Create .
For Name, enter the device REP NUMBER that is assigned to the device by the manufacturer. The name of a device cannot be changed after it is saved.
For IP Address, enter the corresponding IP Address for the device.
For Location, enter the physical location of the device.
Select the Active check box to indicate if the Brazilian device is active.
Select the Timezone for the device.
Certified is selected by default and indicates that the device (the timeclock) has been certified for use in Brazil. This option can be deselected if the timeclock is not certified.
Click Save.
