Alert History
The Alert History page displays information about each alert generated during a specified date range, including:
- Alert category and sub category
- The name of the pipeline involved and its wrapper
- The date and time of the alert
- Details about why the alert was generated
- A solution to the problem (if any) and a unique alert code
- Indication of whether ADP Functional Expert was notified about a problem

See message details
- Go to the Alert Management > Alert History page.
- In the Details column, click to see details about what occurred to generate an alert.
- In the Solution column, click to see the proposed solution for the problem.
- In the More column, click for the alert message you want to view. The Details window opens showing alert message details.
Filter alert history
By default, the Alert History page displays 50 items (rows) for the last seven days. You can filter the page to show a range of more or fewer items.
- Go to the Alert Management > Alert History page, click the Number Of Days drop-down list, and select a value. View alert history from one the following past number of days: 1, 3, 7, 10, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500.
- Click the Items Per Page drop-down list and select a value. View one of the following number of items on a page: 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500.
- To navigate through the pages, click Next and Prev.
