Configure Work Unit Hyperfind Profiles
Group work unit hyperfinds into work unit hyperfind profiles and assign those profiles to people.
- Before you start: Configure Work Unit Hyperfinds.
- Select Main Menu
> Administration > Application Setup > KPI Builder > Healthcare Productivity > Work Unit Hyperfind Profiles. - Create, edit, or delete profiles:
- Create:
Click Tap Add
. Enter a unique and descriptive Name.
Caution: You cannot change the name of a profile once you save it.
- Edit:
Select a work unit hyperfind profile and click tap Edit
. In Save Changes to, select one of the following:
- Save changes everywhere that the named entity is used — Save the changes to all current work units.
- Save as a new named entity — Save the changes as a new work unit.
- Delete
Caution: You cannot delete a work unit hyperfind profile if hyperfinds in the profile are used by a report or dataview.
Select a work unit hyperfind profile and click tap Delete
. Click Tap Yes to confirm.
- Create:
- (Optional) Enter a Description.
- Click Tap Select Work Unit Hyperfinds.
Select the work unit hyperfinds.
Note: To select multiple, neighboring work unit hyperfinds, press Shift while you select the items.
- Click Tap Assign
.
- (Optional) To remove work unit hyperfinds:
- Select the work unit hyperfind.
- Click Tap Un-Assign
.
- Click Tap Save.
- Repeat for another work unit hyperfind profile.
- Add the work unit hyperfind profile to a display profile:
- Select Main Menu
> Administration > Application Setup > Display Preferences > Display Profiles. - For instructions, see Display Profiles.
- Select Main Menu
- Assign the display profile to people as follows:
- Select Main Menu
> Maintenance > People Information. Select a person. - In Employee, select Access Profiles.
- Select the Display Profile that includes the Work Unit Hyperfind Profile.
- Click Tap Save
