- Employee Schedule Around Open Shift — Lists shifts already on the employee's schedule for the day before, day of, and day after the offered open shift. Only shifts are included in this tag; schedule tags and paycodes are not included.
- Open Shift Available Date — Date of shift
- Open Shift Available End Time — End time of shift
- Open Shift Available Job — Shift job
- Open Shift Available Location — Shift location (does not include job information)
- Open Shift Available Manager Name — Manager who is offering the shift
- Open Shift Available Manager Note — The personalized message specified by the manager in the Call List.
- Open Shift Available Start Time — Start time of shift
- Open Shift Status — Has a value of either Offered (the status of the shift when notification is sent to employee) or Accepted (the status of the shift when notification is sent to the manager that the shift is successfully filled).
- Result — Displays in notification to employee after they accepted the shift. Either lets them know they have been awarded the shift, or if not, provides the explanation Shift no longer available or Rule violation.

Note: Request Duration Days, as shown in the Control Center, can only show a non-zero value if the paycode used in the time off request has the unit Days, not Hours. Consider using a related tag that works with both Days and Hours unit paycodes, for example, Request Duration Hours.
